Southern Crane Martial Arts Academy is a contemporary Tibetan Kung Fu and Chinese cultural practice organization. Accredited instructors offer the community, traditional Kung Fu, physical fitness, mental alertness, agility, co-ordination, confidence, fighting skills, fist and weapon forms and Chinese Lion Dance along with an appreciation of Eastern culture and philosophy.
