The Morning Star are an experimental folk-rock band formed by collaborative Illawarra based songwriters Ali Mollica and Cody Munro Moore. They adhere to this genre through both drawing upon and obscuring traditional song lines of the sonic past, while exploring experimental recording styles that meddle with our own notion of the present.
