Refunds and Returns Policy

Festival Passes

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or made the wrong decision. Medical cases and financial hardship are examples for refund consideration.  An option may also be provided to defer the passes to the next Festival.  Refunds after 8 January are not available.

Please provide a valid reason for the refund to info@illawarrafolkclub.org.au or call 1300 887 034. If approved a 10% cancellation fee may apply, and the refund will be provided to the credit card used for purchase if the event is cancelled. This will happen within 7 days of the cancellation notification. An email will be sent confirming the refund has been processed.

Merchandise Products

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or made the wrong decision.  You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do.

Please retain your receipt or email confirmation for proof of purchase.

A copy of the original receipt or email confirmation must also be included in the return envelope. Please allow 14 – 30 days for your item to be returned. Freight charges to and from the customer will be paid by Illawarra Folk Club.
